UEFA Champions League Semifinal Draw: Real Madrid Face Bayern as Chelsea Tackle Atletico Madrid

The draw for the UEFA Champion League semi finals saw the two Spanish clubs remaining in the competition, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, paired apart meaning there could be an all-Spanish clash in the May 24 finals in Lisbon.

Real Madrid who have won the title for a record 9 times will face defending champions Bayern Munich with the first leg being played at the Bernabeu. Jose Mourinho’s quest  for another Champions League title will be given a stern test against Atletico Madrid who beat Barcelona in the quarters.

The first leg matches will be played on Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd April with the return legs set for Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 April.
